Certified Home Inspector - American Society of Home Inspectors in cooperation with Carson Dunlop Engineering, Chicago, Illinois. Active member of the society, I have been awarded twice for outstanding service. I am attending continuing professional education at least 4 times per year.

Michigan Licensed Builder since 1994. Attended the Residential Builder Course at Currey Management Institute of Rochester Michigan and successfully completed in July, 1989.

Civil Engineering Institute of Oradea, Romania - Attended two years of a 4 year Civil Engineering program 1974 - 1976, did not graduate.

Bachelor of Arts, Lyceum Popesti Romania, 1970 - 1974, graduated.

At age 14 was my first summer vacation to work in construction as a "go-for-boy", they loved me and I did it every summer thereafter. At 19, I hired in full time and paid my way through school. In 1987 I started construction work in Metro Detroit area, in 1989 took the builder's class, then got licensed in Michigan and founded a kitchen and bathroom remodeling company which I operated until 2001.  Hence, I have accumulated over 30 years of construction experience.

I started home inspections part time in 1995 and full time in 2001. I have served over 2,000 happily satisfied clients in southeast Michigan providing: home inspections, mold inspections, damage evaluations, partial inspections, safety inspections, energy inspections, and second opinion consultations. I conduct my services with professionalism, respect for my clients and their interest, thoroughness and attention to details.
