HOME INSPECTIONS: This is the inspection every home buyer needs to avoid buying a home with hidden defects. I inspect the home thoroughly with attention to detail and take photos of all defective items. My service is warranted for six months. See" Home Inspections and Fees" page for pricing.

COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTIONS: These inspections are combinations of a home inspection plus environmental inspection, or mold inspection, or other services. In other words, a combination of 2 inspections or more. They bring considerable savings for the client. Please call for pricing.

MOLD INSPECTIONS: Designed to determine presence or absence of mold problems, identify and describe the defects causing mold problems, and provide solutions for correction and remediation. Cost $260 up to 1,000 square feet home, over 1,000 add $5 for every 100 square feet. Partial mold inspections are $250 up to 3,000 square feet, over 3,000 call for pricing.

WATER DAMAGE INSPECTIONS: Designed to evaluate the extent of water damage and consequences, they are detailed and specific inspections reporting to home owner exactly what needs to be done and what is the cost. Have this inspection before you hire anybody to do work, you will know what is needed and what it should cost you. Emergency schedule without emergency fees. The fees  for emergency damage inspections are $250 for houses up to 3000 square feet.

SAFETY INSPECTIONS: Designed to find and identify any hidden fire hazards, accident hazards, health hazards, or any other type of hazards present in the house. Cost $250 up to 3,000 square feet homes, over 3,000 call for pricing.

ENERGY INSPECTIONS: Designed to find and prioritize energy loosing points of the home and explore the possibilities of improvements to reduce loss and increase energy efficiency. Cost $250 up to 2,000 square feet homes, over 2,000 call for pricing.

PARTIAL INSPECTIONS: Designed to identify and provide solutions to problems involving one major component of a house; roof, foundation, framing, basement, and so on. Partial inspections also include reception of remodeling work from contractors. Cost $250 up to 3,000 square feet homes, over 3,000 call for pricing.

 

TESTING SERVICES: Offered for; radon gas, asbestos, lead-based paint, air quality, mold, and other types of specialty testing. Testing prices with any of the inspections described above are: radon gas $125, asbestos bulk $175, lead-based paint on spot $35 - quantitative lab $170, air quality $350, mold identification $150/sample.
