Job Description

Assistant will manage inspection schedule, answer in-coming calls, quote inspection fees, take notes during the inspection, and interact with clients on site as needed. Work is done with a laptop computer and a mobile telephone. Part of the time work from your home, part of the time on the inspection site. Traveling to inspection sites is done in company car.

Very good compensation: hourly pay plus commission on bookings

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in person and over the telephone
  • Friendly personality; must enjoy talking to people
  • Professional appearance and vocabulary
  • Experienced with computer work; must be very familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, will be trained on specific inspection software
  • Must be able to handle mobile office efficiently and be well organized
  • Must be physically fit to quickly lift and move objects up to 25 LB
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or real estate is a plus
  • Must have college education or equivalent
